By booking a session or purchasing a service from Endless Emotions Photography, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer (deposit). The remaining balance is due before final gallery delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot are subject to forfeiture of the retainer.

Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe agreed at booking. RAW files are not provided unless specifically negotiated.

Copyright & Usage

Endless Emotions Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use or resale of images requires an additional license.

Portfolio & Marketing

Unless you opt out in writing, we may feature select images from your session on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Force Majeure

In rare cases of illness, accident, or events beyond our control, we will offer to reschedule or refund the retainer.
